For all those in stage 16 who were told Opticomm was doing the fibre side of things including the tv services (but now it’s NBN) what’s the go with tv antennas? Do we now need to install our own or are the tv services still being run through the fibre?

The builders electrician isnt available until the end of November..so the end of the build is being held up until after that date..awfully convenient for them considering there’s an open dispute with them that won’t settle until around then

Our builder didn’t think to book in electrical early so now we have to wait until end of November before practical completion...bloody morons

Our builder submitted older plans for CDC which then went to council. The older plans only showed 2550 ceiling heights to ground floor, which we had actually upgraded to 2740. So I guess it doesn't matter overly as long as the floor space remains the same

Off to a good start :) Liverpool council has our CDC and its been updated into their map..ANZ are ready to go and all we're waiting on is for Jandson to start back up

Village square estate is largely serviced by Opticomm the first few stages where covered by NBN but anything from stage 16 on is 100% Opticomm meaning no external antennas

My builders collected all the forms on our behalf and have submitted it to get CDC approval..we have a sewer line running along the back fence so I would assume all the necessary info would be there :/

Haha well at least you have time to get it all priced ;) We spent a good month getting all our variations priced..and we got the last one (increase ceiling height) added last month
