Seems like Lpi have completed examination today and decided to put it under requisition instead of under registration. Very frustrating.

Regrd stage1 we have this DP270950 .on nsw lpi website it shows pre examination completed yesterday.examination approx in 2 weeks time.Yes its frustrating for everyone.

Stage 1 subdivision certificate was lodged with council on Friday 1 April, so hopefully not too long for those in stage 1. Any more news on Stage1 settlement. David is saying another 2-4 weeks. Can you confirm what nos are you using to track progress on council website.

Positive update EC has been approved today on council website.

Thats correct I did a drive past today clearing is in full swing for Stage 1 . Stage 2 where the big box is remains untouched.Also would like to point out that in Approved Plan docs from council it is specified one of pre conditions is that Stage 2 works cannot commence before Oct 2015.May be counci...
