$55 is definitely cheap. That's the lower end of fencing for pricing. Make sure they use a bag of cement per post and don't water it down to spread it further. Bag of cement per post will definitely make your fence last much longer Will do! Thanks for the tip :D

Yes patience... It's so hard. Have people got quotes for fencing? We have one and it was about $55 a metre. Is that about right???? I have NO IDEA!! :P

We found that all blocks did not get soil tests done until after title. You can see when they are done as there is holes in the dirt, so I think you would find it's the same with most builders.

I know things slow down but it is just frustrating when things could be being done inside while we wait for driveway... Hi Ash, I am not building Barwon heads side, we are coast but the block was clay so we had to pay to have pillars put in. Is that what you mean? So excited we are just waiting on driveway, mirrors and blinds :D

Exciting, everyones houses are coming together!! After a couple of emails they decided to pull off the plaster and fix the wall :D so happy and it was done super quick.
