Hi All, we are building at lot 27 Andrew St Grantham Estate with Ichijo. Things have been going far from smooth and i am really unhappy. Our amended BAL rating has come back at 12.5.. Anyone know how much this would cost? This is the first time we are building and we are stretching as it is, so hope...
