Southern orienation shaded front garden bed-rental propertyLandscape & Garden Design

I am building a house for a rental property. The front yard faces south so wont get much sun on any garden beds. Paint opinion neededBuilding A New House

I have a grey/stone coloured tile that I am wanting to Choose a wall colour to. I like resene sea fog, resene black white and resene White pointer but don't want the room to become too bland. I have a photo of the tile but don't know how to upload on this forum???
