Just wondering if anybody has built the Manhattan 1. How do you find the living/dining area ? We have ours next Thursday and they still have the A/C , hot water, garage floor to be fixed , painting of downpipes, cornice to bathrooms, skirting to walkin robe plus painting , internal door hardware, all silicone to bathrooms areas. Good to see progress on everyone's build, just gotta hope the rain stays away! 1 Week after handover & things are progressing well. Bamboo was laid last Wednesday & it really brings it all together nicely. Now I've got the crappy job of painting the Skirting boards. Driveway is being poured ...

Progress Week 20 We had PCI this morning & it ended with a nice surprise.....We have Keys!! Seems our bank was superfast & final payment was completed last night so handover took place on the spot. We flagged a few paint touch ups but nothing major. Super stoked to say the least. Creedy.

Visited the block on Sunday to find the painters hard at work. They had been there all weekend to catch after the storms. Due to finish on Tuesday.
