Busy, busy, busy finishing off the smaller areas in our house. We ended up measuring up ourselves and getting IKEA flat packs to fit out both our laundry and study space/nook. Hi all, we were close to signing the contact but were unhappy with the Additional Special Conditions part of the contract. Ours have also been accumulated as they occur. Our build contract was 240 days and our contract is due to end march 8th 2018 but we are due to finish within 6-8 weeks, well inside the contract terms. http://preludehome.tumblr.com/
