Amanda, you don't really deal with the CSA much once build starts, you can get the SS to deal with them if you need or communicate via email sent to both of them. I think the CSA comes back in to play for handover but that's about it.

Our cabinetry went in before the floor tiles but the WIP, fridge space and linen cupboard are tiled. The vanities are semi-floating in the bathrooms so the floor tiles go under those but the laundry cabinetry we got went in before the floor tiles.
