Tell me about it.i got the cdc approved on 21st feb and only got my final tender price yesterday. They are extremely slow and I think they have over burdened themselves.

Not good at all. Cdc have been approved but still waiting for the final tender price from the builder. You are building with firststyle right? How is your progress? Did they start building?

Lot513 Once the final plans are signed they are very quick. I signed the finals on 12th and the head office called 2 days later and did the colors on last friday. Today they lodged the plans with Cdc. So is pretty good.

Yea I heard my builder saying that. I ran the impression that the builder will get it Coz he never mentioned anything to me.

Hey lot513, If you want an update you can call the land titles office directly and ask. But you need the dp number which you can get it from your builder if they have been allocated. I did that and they were pretty accurate. Regards Omi

Hi Pratham6, I got the DP number from my builder on sunday for my lot. What that means is that any day the land will be registered as the DP number has already been allocated. So fingers crossed let's hope for the best.

Hi Lot513, Great we are also building the Newbury 33 mkII. Yea same the communication was not great either. Cannot wait to go to colour stage though. Thats great news for me though as I am in stage 10. Will call them on Monday and see if it is registered or not.

Yes I am hoping the same. Likewise our plans with Firststyle are also locked in. I would also try to settle as soon as its registered. Let's see what happens in the next couple of weeks.
