Discovered a couple of mistakes this week. Wrong heating/cooling unit was installed (MX35 instead of our requested HX35i upgrade). BC confirmed with Executive cooling and SS, and a replacement will be ordered next week. Have to clarify location of the unit as well as the initial unit was installed ...
