I have been quoted by Simonds $2200 to put in NBN provisioning this includes patch leads from garage to study for both internet and phone. Thank you Leonardo_23 I will see if I can get a copy of the book. The quote includes a slab on soil up to class M. They said the contract would be drawn up subject to soil test and finance. I will question more on what the process is if the soil test is worse than M Thanks.

Hi Leonardo_23, Thank you for the advise we will definitely look into these. I was going to look at hiring someone my self (building consultant) to do evaluations at certain stages of the build to make sure everything is done correctly. I forgot to mention this but it is on our list of things to ask...
