That’s pretty short sighted as the paint is tinted to order and the paint shops generally have the ‘recipies’ for all paint brands and so longs as the correct base is choosen it doesn’t matter who’s colour it is. We have the dulux colour from the Balmoral display ‘converted’ to the taubmans colour....

Yay, looks good @Katran although is still freaking me out seeing the house flipped! We've got a roof, windows, bricks and apparently (SS called yesterday), downpipes are now being painted so we'll get to check that out shortly. Any nagging issues need sorting or are you all good? A few issues to go...

Something to look out for when completing pci. If your grout has issues in the bathroom, ensure it is dealt with before you move in. We have 3 bathrooms that have to have the grout fixed.
