Yep, we are waiting for the waste recycling plant too. Half of 4A will probably settle soon and then the other half (including mine) will hopefully be between June and August. :)

We are in 4A, 839 Garraway Crescent, but the fences are still up. Do you know when you will settle on your land??

Thats very exciting di+matt! We just got an update on the settlement of 4A, and our block wont settle until June - August. Half of 4A will settle in May... It seems forever away still!

Hi Lwmtgoogong We bought a house a land package through Shaw, so the house was already set for the block. It worked out well for us because I don't think we could have ever decided on a plan otherwise. Shaw has been great so far, easy to deal with and really accommodating. I can't wait for the land ...
