Hi abhi, Did they tell you that the Griffith facade is not actually rendered like the one in the picture. I found that out after my house has been rendered. Fairly annoyed. Splash back price seems a bit low. You need to pay for fire proofing as well which is not included. I guess it all depends on the size of splash back you got.
