Hi everyone, Does anyone know the price of an upgrade for laminate flooring from cat 1 to cat 2 etc? We are buldling Savannah 26 and now few weeks before handover we found out that our laminate flooring has been discontinued and that we have to choose floor again . Independent inspector works for a client, whereas the Carlisle inspector works for Carlisle. i don't think there is anything else that should be added here .

We went with New Homes Inspection thanks to this forum as some other people suggested using them. I didn't expect to have so many problems with Carlisle reading all the reviews etc Seems like even the most trusted builder with excellent customer service can't be fully trusted and it's a pity for all...
