Stage 2 rel 5 ... land registered but Landcom/Urban Growth said formal notification will not be sent to us until early April. :-( ... Very incompetent !!!!!!

"Electrical work has just been finished but ENOA/NOA document will not release until receiving the request from the developer or his representative." Spoke to David from Endevour Energy. Still UG hasn't requested for the approval.

Construction not started yet, He said it should start soon. I drove past Derna St yesterday and no sign of any construction. I think it will take a few weeks to start.

I contacted the Project Manager @ Endeavour Energy and he said the delay for registration is not related to progress of Edmondson Park ZS and he said its more likely caused by the developer, UrbanGrowth. He asked for lot and DP no of the property so he will advise the status of the construction work...
