getting some conflicting messages from HBC and Villawood (land office) in regards to titling date.. HBC Sales Rep initially told us we would be moved in by April. Land to title September / October. HBC Pre start working then said we wont be moving in till June/July and the land wont title till Octob...

Got the email back from HBC about adding the data point, they said that one this occasion they will let me add something but they usually don't, making it seem like they are doing me a favour.. reality of it is, if im spending $300k plus with someone, i expect to be able to add a simple data point.....

yeah i wouldnt of thought its that hard.. we still have $350 left in our allowance that wasn't used so i suggested they can take it out of that. i have pushed back and asked what has been done to our file at this point in time to be deemed that no further changes can be made? as i doubt anything wou...

Little bit frustrated at the moment.. We had our Pre start meeting last month, but since then we have realised we will need another data point in one of the other bedrooms. Do the HBC homes come insulated at all? didnt even think to ask this question during any of the meetings, a friend raised it with me as some companies don't do it apparently? And if they do, was it possible to have the garage insulated as well? Turing it into a entertaining area!

Hi all, Long time reader, first time poster! My Fiance and I recently purchased a house and land package with HBC in Clyde (Pasadena estate, anyone else there?) We're there :D! awesome! how far along are you with the build? which street are you on, we could be neighbours! ha ha.

Got another question for those who had fixed priced packages. Along the way during the building did any hidden fees pop up like planning approvals, survey of the land or additional building permit fees? I was told the whole thing is fixed and the only extra $$ required is if we change or add things....

Hi Chris...welcome :-) When I choose our package, they didnt had fencing in the package and anyways i was planning to get it done once we move in...and each one get a different offer...i got kitchen promo...some here got landscaping...etc etc.. We also chose themes...i wasnt particularly happy with...
