Hi, I have enjoyed aspects of it but I also don’t think I will ever build again, way too many delays, our house it as lock up and we have a lot of our kitchen and cupboards in but we are still waiting for our bricks to go up, it makes no sense to me. Yeah called a few and $20 seems to be it. Did anything happen with the cutting of your block or did this weather delay things? We were told a few weeks ago ours would be cut weather permitting, and so far only a bit has been done with it but no actual cutting yet.

All our approvals from both the council and bank are done, so Fairmont are just waiting for the final letter from the bank and then we should have our official start date.
