Yeah our date is around the same, middle of February, we will probably move in with in a couple of weeks of handover. Our neighbours handover was a month late, so I’m not too confident. I'm getting really annoy that our brick still haven't gone up. The house is a lock up and we already have our kitc...

Hi, I have enjoyed aspects of it but I also don’t think I will ever build again, way too many delays, our house it as lock up and we have a lot of our kitchen and cupboards in but we are still waiting for our bricks to go up, it makes no sense to me. I’m really hoping it’s done before the Christmas ...

Yeah, we have a door that I kind of wish I changed to a sliding door but that's about it. We made a change that cost us $500 but after seeing it, it was definitely worth it. Looks like our roof should be going up sometime this week, the gutters are now done, as well as the water and gas pipes. Do yo...

Yeah frame went up last week and windows went in some time in the last 5 days, it's so awesome to be able to actually see our design and changes come together. We also have our gutters delivered so hopefully the roof will be done this week. We actually went there today and I think your frames are al...

Yeah called a few and $20 seems to be it. Did anything happen with the cutting of your block or did this weather delay things? We were told a few weeks ago ours would be cut weather permitting, and so far only a bit has been done with it but no actual cutting yet.

That sucks, I know what you mean, there should be no reason that people from stage 3 are so far ahead of us, it's so frustrating to see so many houses with frame work up and still only have an empty block. We're still waiting for the guy who cuts out the blocks to get back to us, so hopefully the we...

Also building with Fairmont (@ Ingle Farm) Got my unconditional financial approval today, which was the last piece of the puzzle. So hopefully that means, my build will be programmed and I will have a slap in 3 - 6 weeks. Still think my build won't be complete till after Christmas though. Have you ...
I fear this answer as I think I read Fairmont charge $1100 per truck load..I'm hoping it's not that bad. Still haven't ...

No news still waiting, though we're also hoping to have the slab down in 4-6 weeks. All our approvals from both the council and bank are done, so Fairmont are just waiting for the final letter from the bank and then we should have our official start date. I'm also thinking we are looking at January,...

Sounds like a good plan, we looked into having the flooring done after hand over but we're getting married in January and we just didn't want to deal with it then and its one less thing to deal with then. Nar haven’t looked into soil removal yet, but its one of the next things on my list, did you en...

Yeah changed the bathroom to a 3 way, it was the first change we made and like you I have also change the lounge in to a home theatre. I was the main thing I personally wanted. One of the main things that we were warned about were upgrades at selections and how quickly the price raises, luckily we d...

I would absolutely love to know how the people who already have their framework up got so far ahead. For our house we used the base model of the Lincoln but changed the bedroom/lounge locations and room sizes and our whole bathroom and laundry is different to the original. One of our biggest delays ...

Yeah we are and also on Apollo street, lot 65. We're trying to get quotes on storm water and driveways to the moment but really we just want our start date, we have slabs down on either side of us now.
