Yeah we got some attitude with the male tender presenter but lucky our PCA was really good. Our SS is below average in the care factor. So it a bit of hit and miss. We reached lockup in 7months for double storey. Let see how much longer to handover.

We recently has our frame inspection done, organise about the time the roof finished. There are different stages, it depend how comfortable/trust you feel about your builder.
