I spoke to Aaron today. He said plans are lodged with council now. Once they come out the fences will go down and they will allow builders on site to do site and soil samples. Then it will go to land titles for registration. He said rego would be in about 4 weeks then settlement 1-2 weeks after that.

Thanks O Jay. We have done the research as well and came to the same conclusion. They have told us they will do the soil test and will adjust accordingly. Though i am more inclined to go with what you said about changing it to M class and adding H in later if needed. Thanks for the tip. Mark
