Hi Mindgame, In what release you bought. I was reading some meterials and it says, Greenway is building 11 houses in Marsden park and 340+ in Collebee.

yes Scifi9, I observed it 6 months ago when I was browsing Google Map and it says Greenway is under Collebee. I asked Greenway sales team and got answered that we are under Marsden Park... Do not know ... It may change after land registration... Looks all members are relaxed now... not much happenin...

Thanks Kaycee, NLH has confirmed 180 days after contract expiry date ( 31 Jan 2015). Means construction has to start within 180 days before any additional charge.

@ Greenway15 and Redtech, It does not make sense for 3.45% hike for few weeks delay. So it should be for ONE year. I reconn please speak with CH and see what they say. NLH gave us 180 days after tender expiry date as part of initial contarct. Means no additinal cost if construction starts before 31 ...
