Pretty sure that's an easement for the sewer or drainage pipes Can't build on those But most lots look pretty good because they're mostly on the side, and you need I think 1 metre clearance on both sides anyway

Thanks! Wow your lot is nice.. Do u mind if I ask how much yours was for? I got lot 1122 - ours is a package I think t works out to be around $310-320 for land We wanted a bigger one but couldn't afford it when it came down it :( ...
