We had our bricks originally knocked back because the texture and finish was a bit too rough. Driveway and roof needs to be a shade of grey as per the design guidelines. Our timber look garage door cost around $350 on top of the basic colours they off part of the building package.

What I mean is 2 channels per NAS. As in it is licensed to only view/record to cameras, so they make you buy extra licenses for more cameras

Youll need a seperate POE switch depending on what sort of cameras you use. Normally you would put the Qnap NAS next to the data ports where they get cabled back to. And all connect to the same switch. One thing I looked at is the price difference between a Qnap/Synology NAS vs. a Hikvision/Dahua NV...

We bought land seperarw separate and chose Bluetongue Homes to build our house and they include a driveway in the price we paid. As per willowdale guidelines needs to be of a grey shade. Probably to go with the grey theme of the fences

Youll almost always pay more when you buy a h+l package. Building companys normally buy the blocks from developers much much cheaper than the general public, thus making a large profit on the land. But to the buyer it looks the norm either way.
