Firsttimers, how did you go about getting the slab reinstated?. I think my house design is a new custom designs by EDB just for the Thornton, Penrith development, the house model name is Penne 16. In terms of alterations, there is nothing I can change externally as the colour, brick type, front door...

Bax, 305k is a fixed price. They gave us the standard lifestyle upgrade included in that price. The only thing we've upgraded is the kitchen benchtop which is $2500. So now the price is 307.5K. In the contract the Aircon is stated as SRA153c 14.7kw..did not upgraded it.

Rouse, No, the total package is $460k House alone costs $305k... The CSO just gotten back to me saying Griffin air had instigated the change and if I stick to the original unit any call outs regarding noise and air flow will be chargeable...and not covered by warranty...what??? Really??

Thanks all for replying... I think I might try what Need2know advised, will try and stick to the bigger air con unit as specified on my contract, which luckily doesn't say size may vary depending on house size. I'm sure will be frequenting to this forum from now on. Thanks again!

Hi Need2know, Thanks for replying... As Binskin said, we also did have a 5 min meeting with the Aircon consultant, funnily enough he was trying to sell us a bigger unit that day. I still couldn't get my head around how simple the CSOs sends out PCVs with one or two liners on the email and impossible...
