Hi, We are in tender stage with Adenbrook. We have extended the plan and now eagerly waiting for tender. Get a breakdown of those figures. They can often hide allowances for stuff you don't require. "Council and other requirement" - what exactly are they charging you $13K for? You don't have to take it at face value and can ask them to sharpen their pencils. $3k for protection of overhead wi...
