Still waiting for titles, driving me mad! My build includes landscaping. I went full turn key price. Choosing my colours tomorrow! :D So everything will be ready to go, expected settlement for land is now mid september, original date was early June! Bugger as I dont think I will be moving in till a...
Titles not until September? That sucks. Has your builder given you a timeframe for construction? Our builder is 18 weeks.

there's about 10 sites in construction mode already, and i'm still waiting for the drawings. what are you guys doing about the landscaping /retaining walls /driveway? are those included in your build costs? i think i might have to diy for everything except the driveway Still waiting on drawings too...

We drove pass stage 11A today, i saw 3 blocks started building already, 1 with steel frames up already.. how did they get things rolling so quick? Soil test done, come back as M, so happy, no extra costs for slab!! Still waiting for land titles, taking for ever!! Great news about the soil test. Ours came back as H2, but we had budgeted for E so it worked out well. You must be in stage 11B? Our land settled at the end of June. Just waiting for...

I didn't know about the event so i didn't go. I got a call from lendlease this morning, soil testing for stage 11a/b can start next Tuesday (22/4/14). Our roof has started going up and it's in the new Wallaby colour. Thanks for the photo. Was originally looking at Gully because we liked it on screen. It is actually more green than I thought. I am liking Wallaby over Basalt. I think Wallaby has more character to it.
