We just had our new home presentation and I was shocked! there wasn't one thing I could fault! So were all signed off YAY :z: Now the wait is on for our final invoice then KEYS YIPEE!!!!! Congrats Ruby! Just wondering how much did homebuyers charge you for the junction lights on the pillars?

Congrats on formal approval ez85. Just a quick question or two, for those of you that have done your selections - I am finding it really hard to choose flooring. I know I don't want tiles but I am not a huge fan of the colours of cat 1 wooden laminate flooring. Did anyone else choose laminate floor...

I asked about niches and vanities with drawers and was advised "it's only an option with Boutique, not with HBC"... That's stupid! They either do it or they don't at the end of they day it's the same company!

this was discussed before the pwc was signed. im quite happy with this as only one solar panel wont be very cost efficient any ways. on my pwc it says can only be used in an estate with recycled water or people with a minimum 200lt water tank connected to toilets.
