Hi Emma, Carlisle already submitted on behalf of me. I think they submitted a provisional plan so that the build can go ahead- I can adjust the plan if I want to. So I'm not sure if this fee applies to me. When did you submit your landscaping plan?

Yes Emma we are building with Carlisle. Everything has been good so far apart from some documenting errors. Which Burbank design are you building? I haven't heard of the review fee. Such bad news :(. How did you find out?

The way things are going I am pushing my budget and downgrading what I can to meet the build of the house design I love. I hope it's a good decision! No I was only told about the brushfire zone when my builder did checks before tender.

Yes it really is all about the site costs. From my draft tender it seems I they are charging $21k just for my slab! Your block would be different, but I am not affected by the bush fire prone zone.
