I agree with myH1. No builder is 100% perfect. Its part of the trade. It is all a learning experience. again hang in there, let time take its course. Dont loose sight of the big picture. After all we are human. Experiencing Some stress and frustration is normal. Well at least I think it is. Sometime...

We had our handover in Dec. I hope the boat isn't too crowded av31. Maybe thats part of the problem overcrowding. Took on too many passengers too fast. Look on the bright side Every journey has to come to and end some day. It is unfortunate that something that should be exciting has been stressfull....

We are looking at building a single story investment with Long Island Homes. We previously built with them and had a wonderfull experience. We also have ...

Sorry to crash! Angeltherapy just wondering what colour your main render is? Love your dark exterior feature walls. Hi EmyN We used paperbark full strength on the back and paperbark half for the front near the feature tiles.

we had coloured concrete included in our contract not aggrigate. . We made the change later. The ratio should be specified on your colour selection document that is part of the contract. Just email the appropriate person to make the request that the ratio for the chosen aggrigate is what you want. ...

I agree with Mark. Once you hand your deposit its a lot harder to haggle. As above builders from my understanding have at least 3 price points for each item. There is still room to haggle. Ask ask ask. Do price comparisons. There is posts here that reveal what builders charge for a specific variatio...

They have something similar, but not exactly like the one you have. I checked Bunnings and yep, they sell a 2040 x 1200 for $629. Corinthian has a couple of new choices: http://www.corinthian.com.au/Products/Doors/Entry/Windsor-External-Range/Windsor-WIN-3VBG , which perhaps just became available. ...

Nice choices. Yep had the same saga. lol I really liked the fist one, but way over budget. The option to be able to change the ratio was great. Take a sample of your render colours in and they can advise what ratio would suit. If you want it that light just do the ratio 10 black and 90 white. That w...

I have beige royal quater with natural white doors skirts and archs. Had the same issue trying to pick. Changed my mind at least 3 times.Very happy with the outcome. Good luck choosing it deffinately is a difficult decision. I agree the natural white is a bit lighter once painted on.

The ratio can differ generally the St Albans mix is made up of black pebbles and white with natural mortar not coloured as the base. The ratio is what colour stones you want more or less we did 70 white and 30 black pebbles. Hope that helps.
