Looks like the estate's roads are now open for business. The entrances at California Creek Road and the far end of Gavin Way are no longer closed off with temporary fencing. Kind of funny to see a yellow/ black roadside sign with a koala picture at the Gavin Way end...I know they used to live there ...

What does "registration" actually mean? ie. when complete, does it mean you can start building? Does it mean there would be public access to the streets within the estate (Stage 1)?
