So you didn't rectify it through EB? My issue is that this isn't paint, it's a stain which is meant to be similar to the colour bond wood. Very disappointed atm, not even a response after various emails. Could be my first n last build ever.

All good. Checked the Australian Standard and there is no issue AS3595 2009. My builder ordered the wrong door as hinged and trying to tell me that I can't have a pivot.

Hi Bandie, I haven't had an upgrade as such although all my upgrades are the standard increase from the supplier plus EB builder's percentage on top. These are the rules unfortunately, you can always try and negotiate.
