kellyville75 we had provision updown lights either side of the porch. i think they did it about 2m higher from porch floor. its upto u how height u want by lookinh at ur house from a distance u can decide. we didn't tell the electrician so they measured and install.

HeathWilD u r right but to get an idea how much it will cost u..using plan measurements is fine. obviously shutter and blind people will come before they install them to take the correct measurement. final cost could be slightly difference though.

Hi Bandie, that amount is just for redesign ur floor plan and admin fees i think. then EB will send u separate PCV for upgrading ur ceiling height...depends on size of ur house.

Renski ur house looks nice...i wish i could get our flooring done after handover and save bit of money but didn't bother to wait :( did u get single sink in ur ensuite ? i have got our WIR and pantry fittings done yesterday. cost nearly 2k.

Hassanbegg, during PCI we picked few issues but out of them two of the issues was left over..one was gyprock hair line crack and other laundry cavity door not closing.properly. which SS said will be fixed during.maintenance inspection. also still no cooktop. SS arranged to install it on Monday. also...
