As well as saying LPI has a 6 week turn around. I rang them and they said 3 weeks. Im annoyed. With registration delayed 5months right now the least they can do is tell the truth....

I rang council. Apparently its cornish group holding it all up. She said they havent provided all they should and once they do its about 4 days and they will be done with it. Im annoyed that they misinformed making it out like its all up to council now when in fact its them holding it up.

Nope. Might ring camden council to see how much longer they will take. LPI have a 3 week turn around at the moment of all goes ok.

Well council arent back until 2nd Jan from break and will have to conplete their side of things then. Current turnaround with LPI is 6 weeks... more than likrly take us to March! Or very late Feb but not holding my breath. Been waiting so damn long now and over it.

So may not be until March now!!! Im getting really annoyed.

Can someone help with advice? We have now got our unconditional approval for our home loan. We are building but land unregistered until August. Lenders will loan 97% incl mortgage insurance for land and 100% for construction. We have 5% deposit of total cost. My question is: Land registers in August...

That's all we need as everything else you noted has been supplied and approved. I know for a fact that another RAMS franchise values the land and does unconditional approval but...
