Hi Stephie, the thing with the tradies is, they get paid per contract I think, so its up to them to finish the job asap so they can earn a living. My fiance is a ceiling flusher and that's how it works for him. He's more of a footy guy, but he can get into soccer as well, as long as there's some bee...

Hi Stephie, we are building in stage 6 on riva entrance and are one of the first ones to go up :) I'm 27 and my fiance is 30. We are quite happy with the progress of the build (hbc), it seems to be going very fast. We are hoping to be in in Jan/Feb.

hey, no worries :) first you meet with homebuyers to do a rough calculation of how much you can afford to borrow; then they look at the map with you to see which estates/suburbs are in your range. once you narrow down where you want to look, they will show you which blocks are available in that area...

hi, we did that and are now about to have bricks layed for our home :) you will need to get an appointment with homebuyers to work on your individual situation, but bascially you have to show that you have $3000 (or more if you want a bigger loan) of genuine savings, meaning that you can't have one ...

Good question, I'm posting to follow this as we'll also need some paving done when our house is finished. Would appreciate some recommendations for a trustworthy paver.
