Square set openings for 3 robes = $123. Square set openings 2240H. With standard ceiling heights. Increases to wardrobe depths to 600mm could only occur in beds 2 and 4. Bed 3 couldn't change as a result of the bathroom, however it was 550mm. No cost.

Hasan, Masterton have houses with sliding robes. I went with a coat hanger to determine if their depth of wardrobe was adequate. I also spoke to some wardrobe companies who recommended 600mm depth for the purposes of also installing draws in the wardrobe. In my case I asked for a square set opening ...

I went to Stegbar at Moorebank to view the selection re: wardrobes. For the prices they were charging I could get the wardrobes done after hand over fitted out for the same price. FYI the standard depth for wardrobes is 550. You need 600mm for the fit out if you're having sliding robes and fitting o...

Hi all, wondering if anyone has opted for a microwave tower in their kitchen, instead of an overhead microwave shelf? If so, I'd love to hear your thoughts and see any photos. I had my kitchen appointment today and the consultant suggested the tower configuration, and I'm struggling to picture what...
Hi Adam, We have a microwave tower. Out of interest who is your consultant?

Hi Brian and Kara, Not sure about the drive way. I have seen people move in prior to their driveways (particularly on Fernadell) however I'm not sure about their OC. Who are you building with? You'll need to sort out your recycled water with PTW. Solar Power - a friend on Fernadell has recently post...

Evening Brian, We're in Fernville and have been in the house since July 2014 and still have to install a clothes line. In my experience, you'll be able to install the clothes line after landscaping and it shouldn't affect your final occupancy inspection / certification.

Hi Neighbours, I'm looking for a NBN service provider and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations. Thus far, Optus has 'quoted' $72 per month for 200GB (this includes a 10%) Telstra has 100GB home and NBN bundle for $100pm. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Lauren, it looked like he had fixed the cut they made, so that it was straight. Perhaps 1x1m in size. I'm thinking I should measure the mid point of our block so they get the tree centered and place a 'x' on the curb - hehehehe. Are you on Fernadell Lauren?

Kerith, you were very fortunate to experience "BS" in the way that you've described. "BS" does not do any favors for EB in regards to their customer service. She is always on the defensive and uses jargon to have the upper hand. I loath speaking to "BS" to address issue...

Hi LaureDrew, I'm surprised that MDJ doesn't have an independent inspection as part of their build, especially to remain competitive with EB. I would recommend an inspection. Tyrell's picked up a few things that needed to be rectified by the builder. I also received a copy of the report. http://www....
