Hi GillyM My first plans didn't have the 3 meter window like the display, apparently the master plans that M work off had a different size, but have since been fixed, I think yours appears the same as the display. Also it's not everyone's cup of tea but I noticed in my area all overtures the portic...

WOW, They had been busy i hadn't seen the site again until today and the roof had been fixed, as for why, the section of roof was being modified and the tilers were told to stay of the front of the house, but they didn't listen and tried to push the job out, so they simply tiled over a unsupported ...

So glad its all fixed!!! I'm sure you will sleep much better tonight!! We're also building the Overture..... looking fo...

Please excuse my ignorance on this one... we have pre-existing driveway cutouts to specify where our driveway has to go. However, there is a pipe in the middle of where our driveway should go. My shock was at the first tender stage but I had the site contours, I had told M that the price is to expensive and they came back with some ideas to reduce the cost So the price was reduced by using a 650 cut and fill which reduced the drop edge beam and garage drop. just got floor plan back, it's shock me, total increase about 7k on top of the tender price !!! ::surprise:: initial tender was assume on half cut and half fill, but some how they put extra work on dropped garage, adding scaffolding and patio steps come out to total of 7k? i have not been told befo...
