Looks great! I still love the grey, timber, white combo, we've used it alot too. I really like those white handles, they are cool. We have the same style but in black. Thanks LilyJamJam - its classic I think - the handles are indeed great - very stylish and would look amazing in black too.

Your right most likely a poor ratio mixture, Get some Grouters that only do grouting not tilers Hi Mark, thanks, quick update, builders are coming back to rectify. A shame really.... but we'll see what they come back and if they get the tilers to rectify it will have to be good! They pushed back a ...

Hello all, just wanted to share the laundry renovation I completed last year for my parents. Big change and almost a full rebuild apart from the existing doors and some existing plaster work. Very cool project to work on and my first of this size - was pleased with the result! The only thing I didn'...

That's an amazing build. Looks nice. What kind of wood have you used in the outside? Thanks Stephanie, it's merbau 42 x 19mm from Bunnings. It's laminated so you can see the joins - I would have preferred longer strips although it was more expensive that way. A couple more photos too of once I've p...

Hi, suffering with a similar issue in our bathroom after 15 months. I think re grouting services are quite cheap, its almost a do it yourself job but definitely something the builder should rectify.

Hi all We had our bathroom done in February 2018. The tilers weren't experienced in encaustics (builder thought tiles were ceramic), they had the following issues. - grout gap was 5mm instead of 2mm for encaustics. - they used builders sand/cement for grout instead of grout As a result, the grout is...

Hi just looking into some options for replacing our timber windows. I am just about to begin to strip the paint and repaint and seal them. That said, I am after looking at replacing the entire window - to the same size. We have interior plantation shutters that have been installed on the interior. A...

We could have gone freestanding, but ended up doing a bigger hob so adults can sit on the edge. It's very handy, for young kids and even up to 8 to 9 years old freestanding baths are tough. For resale, freestanding is nice but wont suit younger families.

Hi, thanks! Yes it was a difficult choice, this will be our 'forever' house and no plans to change in 15 to 20 years, so we decided to bit the bullet and go with some 'out there' tiles compared to the standard charcoal. They are amazing, we got them from bespoke tile and stone in Richmond. They are ...

Very nice! Lots of hard work paying off. We are at the planting stage at the moment and even small plants make a difference. You are lucky to have that beautiful Jacaranda next door too. @mynameisjonas how did you go finding a designer? Apart from the online design place in this thread, not much. They all start around $1500 minimum... Will most likely go with the online place.
