According to VICRoads, Sound barriers are not currently proposed adjacent to the Marriott Waters Estate, as part of the freeway project

I enquired from Vicroads about the proposed road reservation boundaries for the upgrade of Western Port Hwy near Thompsons Rd. Plans shows that Western Port Hwy has been aligned to the west to minimise impact to the residential area. No land is proposed to be acquired from the Marriott Waters estate...

I'm a buyer from Stage 13. Even my Conveyance didnt point out this, till i enquired from the local council. I thought this infomation is worth sharing with the residents living around these areas.

Any of the Conveyances and solicitors acting for the stage 13 clients in Marriot Waters have raised this issue before? If anyone has more info, please share in comments.
