Oh wow Kayla, that really does look amazing!! I know decking isn't everyones cup of tea, but I just love them. I think they make homes look that much more amazing, and it always seem like they are finished off a little better compared to concrete etc. (what we will be having lol).

Oh thank goodness!! Nope it doesn't say anything about sizalation in our tender/contract at all. I don't have a copy of the energy report, I may be able to get it off the council website though. So this wrap won't be for damp etc, its purely for insulation?
