For those of you who didn't get rawson to do ur driveway, did you need to apply for a driveway application with council so CC could be issued? Thanks for the well wishes.... We have quiet a lot to do before move in..... Bamboo floor /driveway /landscaping and 70m long fence!!! ::hyst:: Bamboo floor covering already started and they are finishing it today....45m of the fence already done and the rest going up after landscaping...we have 330...

Our plumber too hit the rock..they did a shocking rock excavation on that day... I still can remember I went to site around 7.30 am driller was there and he left site 5.30pm. Bad news received this arvo from our CSO... 58 days into the pre-build process and they find out that we can't build our house on our block of land - it's 2 big apparently, and they say we also can't have the pool ( that we have put a dep on ) because we have to have a certain % of soft landscaping...

Pinny ,we kind of had a similar issue. Well we knew we are going to so we made sure they do their official checking on ...
