I was told to pick exposure grade brick due to salinity and that that slab would cost extra $3k. I would like to know who else is paying extra for con...

Hi Guys Is there anyone that paid extra for concrete slab due to salinity level ? Salinity classification at Bunya is A2 but I can not find out if standard slab construction is satisfying for that salinity level. Cheers!

Hi Willcres, Can't wait for you to move in and give us your final judgement on Wisdom. I wanted to start my own tread but don't want to start with negative comments ( still waiting for something positive to happen ). Good luck !

They do not require shielding but if you read instruction it says 30-50mm clearance so it would mean going in a roof and cutting insulation around them and is not always practical or possible. If it is two storey house you are fine for ground floor.

Because you are building with Wisdom H it is most likely that they used HIA contract that is already biased and on top of that probably they put in Builders Conditions clause 1.1 that they would notify you of any extension at PCI what is ridiculous as you have to plan your loan repayments, rent etc....

I wish I could recommend Wisdom. Just calculate how much extra $$$ is in extra loan or rent repayments due to slow process and if you decide to go with WH ask for copy of building contract before you sign anything and try to negotiate some terms.
