Thanks daveinthehills! same situation for us... everything's ready for CDC, so in the mean time, we're completing our colour selection (internals) to add more upgrades, budget permitting. Same thinking on money saved each day but we're also hoping that actual building do not cross the Christmas/New ...

Hi daveinthehills, kahell, looks like we're going to be neighbours soon... we're in 215 - one of the packages sold by Alkira. Just joined H1 and this is my very first post! How are you guys going with your plans... are they all ready for council submission?
