Just exchanged on a block in the Parkview Estate off Barry Road. Was told the land would be registered by August but doubt very much if it will be before the end of the year seeing that they have not even started the roads yet. Doesn't worry me too much just would like to know for timing of selling...

all builders are telling me different things...someone is telling me i can only leave 4m at the back and someone is telling me 6...if i leave 6m then i can only make a very small house as my land is 450m and i want a single storey... i'm also on a 450m block... ours has 4.2m rear setback, for a sin...

Hi Everyone This is about post settlement docs which clearly include council rates paid in full from July 1st 2012- June30th 2013. which would mean that developer should have paid the council rates post settlement since they were paid for. We have been getting these reminders notice to pay council ...
Same situation with us... our post settlement document also clearly listed that the pro-rata is based on the settlement...

Thanks, will have a look. I was up there yesterday afternoon with the children. There was a car with some people in it doing laps using the estate like it was a rally track. I had to wave them down as they nearly ran my son over!!!! They kept racing around but elimated our street!!!!! On a good not...

yeah we would have been ready to go, but our dropped garage has delayed things and they need to be redrawn. We also managed to convince the builder that our driveway could be a little steeper than they though (22% instead of 16%) so we can get back 2 courses of bricks cutting, and have a flatter bl...
that's really an excellent alternative... ours has about 1.5m of 22% but the remaining 4m is at 12.5%... so looks like ...
