We're building at Armstrong Creek also, 30yo just had our first bubs 5 days ago! - which has kind of put the build down on my list of priorities... just hit lockup stage for us, building with Urban Edge at 1203 Silvercrest. so far they've been really good. amazing how quickly it's going up.
