Thanks Chris. Sorry for slow response; finally living in our home rather than planning to live in it LOL. I have a 1 and 4 year old; so the flooring is getting a thrashing, we love it. It is also not glued down so when they are grown we can pull it up easily. But Im not sure that would want to that...

Hi Chris and Team_W, Welcome the thread. Yes we built with Carlisle, they were extremely quick with our build. Our site costs (which included the retaining walls) was around 25- 26K. I've been extremely happy with them, so best of luck with which ever builder you chose. I think there are at least 4...

We are currently still waiting to settle our block but I've heard from a friend that a few people have been experiencing cracks in the walls and roofs because one side of the house has sunk. So unsure about our splashback! It is Milton Moon; we thought it would be a bit darker. Its not a pop like most of you.. and it needs our Franke tap, rangehood etc and furniture and kitchenaid to make it right I think. Also there is only one of our special lights over the bench not the full 3 yet; ...

Finally everything is fitting in place. We decided to go with PD (Randwick 27) as we wanted a single storey that fits in our land and they were the only ones we liked. Chris13 - Yup we're still negotiating too, but all seems pretty fixed rate for us, are you finding this? Site costs are $19k and $9k for developer requirements which seems steep.
