thanks for all the feedback guys, been doing a bit of estimating and thinking we are going to come in around the 120-125 over the base price, including carpet and tiles, landscaping, driveway, electiralcs etc. Wow this house building is not cheap! Cheers

Hey guys, hearing a few things from some friends who have built with MDJ and say take your cost estimate and add 100k thats what it will ebd up costing you. As we are just at this stage now and hovering close to our budget - just wanted to see if thsi is true or not? Thanks guys. CHeers

Hi Bootylover Yeah the Monte Carlo is great, very practical floor plan, the only one we seen that really ticked all of our boxes. Thanks for the tip, am planning a sit down wiith them to go through our situation and get my head around the whole process.. Cheers
