Hi everyone, We havnt posted in a while, been busy chasing planners and M... So after 6 weeks, our DA for KDR and detached homes on our site is ready to lodge. M wouldnt lodge until wed paid another 10 000, making it 24 000 so far, is this what everyone else had paid for DA lodgement? Good news for ...

Hi Sirocco7, Hm, 4 weeks for initial plans? It seems to be really a matter of luck as to when things get done.
