I'm looking at a 530sqm block, and I am thinking Simonds Express looks good, price is $205,000 for a 4,2,2 including driveway but not much else, would still have to pay for flyscreens, air con ect. Has anyone had their driveway poured, or the prep work done, before handover? My SS is saying I can't get anything started until after handover?
