Our site supervisor told us to ask the plumbers when they came to fix a defect and upon returning to fix another defect , he came prepared with extra piping and took cash for putting vent out. We didn't have our ensuite or bathroom vented out as we didn't think it important. Everything was fixed. Yo...

Boutique's standard inclusions have changed quite a bit since we bought with them. Meaning, you're getting inclusions which we had to pay for. It also depends on the brand of air con. Less than 3m may be ok but it may also make your warranty invalid. So not only is it council but also what the warranty states for the air con. Ours stated 2 meters from fence (from bonnaire) and the council approved it for 1.2 meters.

That's not right at all. As long as we gave ample time (aka a few days) for builder about inspector wanting to inspect, it was all good. The inspector then arranged a time with SS and went through each stage. We were there for one of the stages, just because it wasn't feasible for us to skip work. Y...
