Agree with Stewie, read Fu's guide. As a minimum you'd want to top dress with compost and maybe add some bentonite, zeolite & spongolite to the top dress, then run an aerator/corer over the top to get some below the surface. Follow that up with regular seasol/powerfeed and molassess. You'll need...

Had our final clean yesterday and managed to get in for a look. Mirror in ensuite now in, door handles and bathroom fittings all in. Only thing left is caulking and fly screens!
